Anyone going to an airshow?
Hi there, is anyone of you going to an airshow within this year? Felix You may also post dates and other upcoming events in this forum...

I was looking forward to attending the Nairobi Airshow in October 2005 but this has regretably been canceleld due to lack of sufficient sponsorship funds :cry: . Hopefull, the next one will be held in Sept. or Oct 2006 according to the Aero Club of East Africa who are the organizers of the annual event.

There have been a lot of airshows that were cancelled, sometimes only a few weeks before therey were to take place. Strange it is... Cheers, Felix

I dont think Airshows in SA will be the same withou the Sasol Flying Togers. After the tragic accident this week , I doubt we'll be seeing them. A great loss to the airshow scene here. Check my thread in news section about the crash. -SA006
