Safari Air Launches E-Ticketing
http://www.eastandard.net/hm_news/news.php?articleid=1143962968 East African Safari Air Express passengers can now book, pay for and print out tickets online anywhere in the world. The airline has launched a new Internet-based tool to bookings easier for passengers. Managing Director, Mr Adam Ogden said the ‘Easyflight’ tool on their website (www.fly540.com) will give passengers and travel agents an easy way to plan and book their travel online. Mr Jeff Oyier, the project leader, said the new tool should come in handy during the current festive period. "We have worked hard to develop the custom booking tool, achieving the e-ticketing goal a year before the industry deadline," he said. "We hope it will prove popular with Kenyans." International Air Transport Association (IATA) has asked all its members to switch to e-tickets by the end of next year to reduce costs. Cheers, Walter
