Thai Airways to JNB in Oct
Hi Everyone, Just a reminder that Thai Airways International are set to commence 3x services per week to JNB ex: Bangkok from the end of October 06. Not sure of aircraft type, perhaps 777s or 744 ??? just guessing! Regards Greg

29 Oct is the day of the first service AFAIK. A346 is going to operate the route apparently. TG have been advertising quite a bit on TV, so maybe they actually plan to launch the route this time.

Well how wrong I was (thankfully!!!). TG landed in JNB this morning with a beautiful A346 from BKK. Sadly I was studying at home for exams so couldn't get to the airport.
